N.G.L Tree Pruning is responsible for completing the work outlined in the agreement. We carry out all work with care and attention, always keeping the client’s best interest in mind.
We complete all work according to accepted industry practices and standards.
N.G.L Tree Pruning manages and oversees all work on site. We are responsible for how the work is carried out, including the tools and techniques used.
We provide clear information about the work being done, including what is involved, the materials used, and the time required.
We obtain and maintain any permits, licenses, or authorizations required for the work and keep them valid for the duration of the project.
If there are any delays that could affect the completion date, we inform the client as soon as possible.

All work is carried out following recognized industry standards.
We are fully responsible for planning, organizing, and completing the work, including the methods used.
We keep the client informed about the work, timelines, and any relevant details.
We handle all required permits and authorizations and ensure they remain valid during the project.
We notify the client of any delays that may affect the completion timeline.
